Today was another great day for my diet. My mother made her incredibly delicious lasagna yesterday and gave us some but I did not touch one bit of it and I am so proud of myself. My husband and daughter are eating it. There is enough to feed them for like a week. LOL. It's so hard because her lasagna is soooooo freakin good but I know that seeing a loss on the scale will be sooooo much better. This week I definitely think that there will be a loss on the scale. I've eliminated the Atkins products and made sure I am eating regularly, I've also been drinking water only during my meals and throughout the day. I am confident this week I will break through this stall.

For breakfast I ate a slice of american cheese, two slices of muenster cheese, two slices of deli chicken breast, a serving of vienna sausages and a cup of water. For lunch I ate two fried eggs with a serving of hot sauce, three slices of bacon, two stalks of celery stuffed with herb cream cheese, and two cups of water. For dinner I made a delicious taco salad with ground beef, two tsp. of taco seasoning, two servings of shredded cheddar, four cherry tomatoes, a serving of baby spring mix greens, three tbsp of sour cream, and four cups of water.

I'm excited to finish out the 20 NC challenge and really looking forward to next month's counting carbs challenge. I've also joined the walk 60 min. a day for 5 days challenge. I really hope I can keep up. The Super Slim Me challenge has been a breeze because I haven't gone to any fast food restaurants and the Daily Journal Challenge is going pretty well. It's tough to get on everyday to type up my food intake and to journal my thoughts and feelings but I've been doing well I just have missed a few days or so.....

LOL!I too have been trying to not get caught up in TOO many challenges! It IS tempting! I sort of have my "main" challenge and a secondary at the moment. Super Slim Me ends as October Carb Counting starts and OCC sorta Matches my "main" 10 - 30 by November. The Lb A Week for Christmas overlaps both these last two but other than recording them all they all go hand in hand. But I have turned down so many others!! I turned down the first over the holidays challenge (I don't even remember the name, LOL) because it overlaps these other three by way too much. I think I might join the second one, though, because it will carry me through the holidays and beyond to the New Year. I like being accountable to others as well as myself, can you tell?! Well since I am writing on Dulce's journal....I suppose I should say something to you! Hehe. Sounds like you are doing all the right things to break through your plateau! You can do this! Those pesky little flats are annoying but they too shall pass! :) Keep on doing it, girl!
