I didn't lose this week. I know why! I ate things I shouldn't have! I know why! Crap! I am still me. A little smaller but still me. I was just starting to like the NEW ME but I'm NOT new!
I went ice skating for 1 hour this morning. I loved it. I felt so free! AND I went skating AFTER I did my C25k run!! Wow! That makes me like me! I don't think I could have done that at 20 but now I'm 58. Aging to perfection LOL
AND my tricepts are feeling a smidge tender today. I worked them hard yesterday. I really don't want to fly away with these wings of mine! I know right now I'm heavy enough to keep me grounded....but if I lose enough and I skate fast enough...I just might take off!!
I wish I could fly away ...just for a little while... I'll be better this week! I'll try really hard...Thanksgiving this weekend ugh... wish me good! (no luck involved)
