Not good today.worked very late doing overtime and had one of those days where i was constantly hungry and wanting to pick at everthing and not good stuff either.usually once a month i get a couple days together like that as you do.i am noticing a trend keeping a food diary that i seem to have a blow out either exceeding my cal limit or just reaching it about once a wk.will work on that one i think.
