Only .5 today.. but a loss is a loss I like it.. so dragged out Ye Ole Tapemeasurer... and total inches so far are 4 inches.. so between the 7 pounds and 4 inches .. I R pretty happy.. only doing 25 days.. and than Im D.U.N. back to ph3 and 4 and hitting they gym.. regularly..
