I've cut down on my pop tart intake. I made some healthy muffins to snack on instead. I'm forcing myself to eat fruits and some veggies, but I really don't like them right now. I need to stop eatting so much sugar. My weight is good and my fat content went down a little, so I'm okay for now. Hopefully I don't start blowing up all of a sudden!
110.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
