New Day, new challenge. After 2 surgeries since 12/30 (foot and neck) I have been non weight bearing then no lifting for over 12 weeks. Combine that with winter and a quarantine and you win 30 new pounds....😟. But now all weight bearing limits lifted, and can start rehabbing neck and shoulders. Time to shed some excess baggage!!
258.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 53.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
