Well it's my first day and I didn't sleep very well because I have a pulled neck muscle. Luckily it feels better with movement so I got up and went to the gym anyway! I worked out good today. I'm really ready. I remember how good it feels to be in shape and the benefit it has on my body! I'm gonna be down a size or two by Christmas!
