Remember when I said I wouldn't weigh? Well- I have been. I like having records. I don't like the comments- so I had to decide if having a record is more important to me than worrying about comments and it is and so here we are.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 70.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
