I couldn't believe my eyes this morning I am down again whoot whoot!
I am just 1.4lb away from my first mini goal I set myself.

Thanks BHA, it certainly puts a smile on ones face to see the weight coming off. I still have a long way to go but I know I can do it, I get more and more determined every day!
