Did fabulous until 20 minutes before bed time. Had to eat something, so I had 6 crackers, which put an additional 120 calories in my mouth. Not bad, for I have been known to put 1200 calories if not more.
Today is the water challange and I am up for it Trouble may be lurking thus day, for there is a birthday party and having dinner guests for a Southern style dinner of Ham, Fried Potatoes, Soup Beans and Corn Bread. The party will be alright. Don't need the hot dog, chips, cake and ice cream. Bring water and join in the conversations. Stand strong. It will be the dinner that I need to calculate to see how much of this I can have and stay within calory count. I need to learn how many protein, carbs and the such I need on a daily basis. Haven't noticed it on this site as of yet.
