well it was a loss a tiny one but hey cant complain. uni is still hectic and i'm still drinking waaaay more than i should. i'm sure it will calm down soon, eventually!

still eating healthily though made one half mistake and bought a bag of chips but didn't eat them all i just had some and put the rest away.
153.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week

Great job on not eating all the chips. Yes, drinking less is my problem also. However, knowing that each drink is 200 or more calories each is helpful in me skipping a glass here and there. =)

amryk no i gave them to a friend i would have felt bad wasting them even if they aren't healthy.
