Now I have the definite date that I have to see my doctor. September 30th is my deadline to lose as much weight as possible. Then there is that little thing called cholesterol that needs to be down. It will be a smidge over 5 months after I was there last. Now a lot of my siblings are on cholesterol meds...so I wonder how I have been doing with modifying my diet to try to control. No one else in the family has been able to control with diet. We will see if the youngest can pull it off.
