Thank you! Just had to cook what I had. No recipe. Baked sliced sweet potatoe with evoo. Cooked pork sausage patties crumbled with purple onions, a yellow squash, minced garlic, added tri-bean blend with kale. Then diced the sweet potato 🥔 and added to skillet. Seasoned with red pepper flakes, salt and pepper!!
