Protein prepping on the smoker last Sunday. Smoked Bacon wrapped chicken thighs and some venison steaks.

Thanks! Next time I’ll add more rub / garlic and onion inside and out on those thighs. Venison is always smoked low and slow garlic/onion and butter drizzle. And yes tato it is beautimous in my belly!
