DAY 1 : I Brought a treadmill yesterday :D Now I can pitch in 1 hour excercise everyday without the stress of having to get someone to look after my two year old, or if its raining or really hot outside... I can just train at home :D So I start anew from today, I am just going to weatch what I eat and exercise for 1 hour on the treadmill :D LET'S GOOO :D
