So holding steady without changing on the scales for three days running. Not sure if that's a good thing, but I'll take it. Little sister is going to help me with her Brightlines Eating for the next two weeks, starting on Monday. Fingers crossed it will have the same marked effect on the swelling I'm currently experiencing in my calves and feet. I personally think that this is due to the change of medication, but we'll see. I'm ready for the pain to go and the swelling I'm certain is a contributing factor. Stay well and safe out there my friends. Not sure how much tracking I'll be able to do, but I'll record what my best guesses are.
260.5 lb Lost so far: 36.5 lb.    Still to go: 95.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
