I have stuck to this new work out plan now for 8 days and even though it hurt the first couple days I am glad I have. I know that it is important to change things up every now and again and I am sure that I will get things move or should I say losing again!
since I was away for the weekend I will weigh in tomorrow am at my normal time but I am feeling really positive about it. However, I am not going to let the scales tell me how I should feel!
