I need to figure out what I need to change up to get my weight loss back on track. I cheated and weighed this morning and it didn't show any progress.

I will give it anotehr couple days before playing around with things but it is a little discouraging. The biggest difference this time is this has been a lifestyle change so I am not giving up!
