I've had out of town company for over a week now and it's totally thrown off my exercise routine and oh my gosh the food! She eats total junk and eats constantly, so that's what is in the house and I keep getting hungry and snacking. So frustrating!!!!
140.0 lb Lost so far: 60.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
