had to turn off my comments due to negative comments from individuals that choose to only follow mainstream sheep "facts" without exploring and educating themselves and getting their information from as many credible sources as possible. a 40 day fast is harmless if you're healthy and have as much extra weight as I do...anyways...going to continue to document my fast but it will be with comments turned off.
