Doing very well. For months my weight was creeping off. Now I've committed to exercising daily x 100 days. Weight is falling off again.
147.5 lb Lost so far: 42.5 lb.    Still to go: 22.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.2 lb a week
