REALLY wanted a muffin for breakfast this morning - the Vitalicious muffin tops are SO tasty and only 100 calories! Had a corn muffin with some Skippy Natural PB and a couple chocolate chips sprinkled on the top. A few fresh raspberries on the side. Wish I took a picture of my topped muffin!
Gotta Make sure that my morning snack is EGGS!! PROTEIN!!
