Pain must be good right - this new exercise program has muscles hurting that I haven't felt before and me doing a lot of sweating!!!

I have done it every day for the past 4 days and it really keeps me sweating. I can't wait to see what the next two levels offer.

I have made this commitment to me to get fit and do it in a healthy way. No short cuts this time just a health diet and lots of exercise.

The last month has been my slowest weight loss this year so I think mixing up the exercise program will help me get back on track. My body would agree right now so we will see what the scale says over the next week or two.
