Well, the scale hasn't moved much, but I am losing inches and the clothes are getting more loose. I've done some more shopping. I highly recommend the goodwill. Clothes around here are $3-$4. I buy smaller sizes if I find some that are in really good shape. Some of the clothes that I've found still have tags on them. I'll spend more money on my clothes when I get to my goal weight and know that I won't be getting rid of the clothes in a few months. Exercise is going OK, but I find it very difficult to exercise just to exercise. I would rather get my exercise by doing something more fun than working out. I guess I need to get my head in the right spot and just do it!!!
