This is another week where inches counted more than pounds even though both are important. My waist is down to 35" from 36 7/8 two weeks ago. Pretty good. I still need to focus on my up days which I do pretty well most days. Just Saturday I went a littlt crazy. The good thing is I did not start a week long binge. It's my goal not to do that. Time to face another week.
