Wow! What a great job!! I was on the shots also and I am just curious as to what dosage you are on. I will be doing another round and I will up my dosage on the next round.

I'm doing 200IU shots. The people I ordered from told me to start with 200 and asses my hunger if any, I'd have to go down. I did feel a little hungry yesterday, my schedule was a bit off so that might be why but nothing I couldn't handle. When I got on the scale this morning and saw I lost 4 lbs in 1 day I was amazed, so I'm sticking to the 200IU for now unless I start feeling real bad or am tempted to cheat or quit, then I'd consider lowering it. How much did you do on you last round?
