I don't know what's happening as to why I am gaining. I'm exercising like a mad woman and counting every calorie, watching every starch & sugar. It's just a small gain so I'm not gonna do a steak day....YET. lol
140.4 lb Lost so far: 20.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm nowhere near the weight I want to be or used to be, I used to go to the gym 5-6 days a week when I was between 140 and 150 lbs. I used to get stuck in a routine of nutrition and exercise and people told me to change my exercise regimen ( maybe you need to burn fat in other places than what your working ) and maybe add some more fat burning foods without decreasing you calories. Maybe you already tried this approach. Maybe your body thinks your trying to starve it to death or kill it with exercise. lol. Good luck.
