Been on digestdiet since February 20, 2013. Went from 157-now 131. Going for the dream so I'm only doing phase 1-3. to get to goal this last time. So that I could reach the dream of 125. After following the 21 day plan I had only repeated phases 2&3. Life has been stressful lyrics lately but has helped me get moving around more. I can't wine to much. Lol.
