Yesterday I didn't go to the gym, but I went shopping for few hours. I didn't eat so much but my weight didn't change so far, I hope in the next few days.
135.1 lb Lost so far: 1.3 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
