This week I will be fasting Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. I'm setting my 1st weight loss goal at 10lbs. I started at 161 so when I reach 151 I'm going to take a chill day. I'm going to lay down and watch movies. Angelitos Negros y Roots the Next Generation. After that I will get a reward for each 3lb weight loss until I reach my goal. Official deadline SEPTEMBER 1,2013.
