TheChunkyOne's Journal, 20 September 2010

Well i didnt really count calories this weekend. It was an emotional roller coaster, and being the emotional eater that i am...

all in all, i didnt really eat bad, i just wasnt really paying attention to my calories. AND i worked out sat and sun, so that helps.

I'm up about a pound, but i'll blame that on the extreme muscle soreness in my legs from my lower body work out yesterday. :0)

I opened up my South Beach book this weekend and made quite a few recipes from it, i made my own salad dressing, some chili and some asian chicken noodle soup. Its going to be a PAIN to enter all of those ingredients in my food journal, but i'm gonna try and hopefully get the serving sizes right.

I'm taking a break from the gym tonight, since i worked out hard core this weekend, and i think i'm gonna go shopping. I'm going to a concert with hubbs Wednesday (Kings of Leon!!!) and i want a new shirt to wear :D But that all depends on whether or not the kiddo wants to cooperate!

Those South Beach recipes are good, aren't they? Adding all the ingredients can definitely be a pain, though. It's a good idea to save them all as a meal or recipe for future reference. Good job on exercising during the weekend!
