I'm feeling realy good this week. I'm trying to focus on how not to let social settings that invovle eating not derail my mindset. So now I'm back on track.

You're on Atkins claiming to be back on track with a daily total carb count of 270.08, and you're logging foods like bagels and donut holes? What track is that? lol

You are not doing atkins if your diet calendar is accurate.

Actually if you have followed my journals from the start you will see that my main diet that I follow is the Atkins Diet. I've also tried the Alternate Day Diet which I am doing now. I'm trying to find a balance that works for me. They both work for me but there are times when trying to stick to one particular program doesn't work for me. I record everything diet and exercise wise so that everyone can get a true picture of what I'm doing including when I'm out of control. I've learned a lot over the past year by monitoring myself. It's helped me to personally see what my triggers are and experimenting with things that work for me. I keep my journals public because I want others to be able to get a true picture of what I'm doing but most of all to get feed back. I do thank you for your comments. I was in the JUDDD Community (Alternate Day Diet) but there wasn't a lot of feed back in that group. When I switched back to Atkins I came back to this Community. I feel that no matter which community I belong to it doesn't affect the benefit I get by monitoring what eat on a daily basis. I hope this helps you to understand what I'm doing.
