Day 2 to renewing a habit and I did get up and worked out before leaving for work. Feels great once I can get myselft up and moving:-)
Here is to getting up again tomorrow. Setting the alarm at 4:30. Now when it takes me 20 minutes to getting moving I can still get in 45 - 60 minutes. This morning only got in 30 minutes.
