Just after a 3 week underway. I ate a flour less diet. Do think it was so much the carbs, but that I wasn't able to eat all the desserts that I typically craved.

Cookies, cakes, brownies, cinnamon rolls, etc
208.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 48.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
