Ok, long few weeks. I just started the South Beach Diet in hopes of dropping that last 20 or so pounds. The running that I have been doing has not resulted in lost weight but a definite change in body composition. I am down to a size 38 pant and an XL Tall shirt, from a 42 pant and xxl tall shirt. I tried crossfit and it killed me but I will be going back for more once this infection in my foot clears up. Will check back at the end of phase 1 in 2 weeks.
