Slept pretty good last night. 1 week since I got the bed. Is it because I'm adjusting to it, or knowing I didn't have to go anywhere or do anything today? Either way, I'll take it. Going to tackle making Butternut Squash Chili so I'll have something prepared for the next couple of days.
261.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 96.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
