Okay so unbelievably,
I jogged for 30 minutes this morning, stretched for ten minutes,
and just now I walked for 60 minutes, and stretched for ten minutes!

That's 110 minutes I've devoted today to exercise!

I also ate pretty healthily today I think, I had burghul pilaf and a huge turkey sandwich that I ate half of for lunch and I'm having the other half right now,
and I also had a pre-bottled starbucks mocha today.

I'm listening to my hunger signals pretty well I think and I feel really awesome right now!

I was also really productive and positive all day today.
All in all I'd say I earned a 100% at life today. :D
