seriously glad I gave up candy and cake pastries and cookies for lent cuz I would seriously be stress eating some candy right now....😭😕

Why did my hubby buy Costco chocolate chip 🍪 and a damn German Chocolate cake 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️😂 I’m being okay-ish lol now I’m on steroids though so the struggle could get real

Yep. I was thinking this is making for an interesting challenge & exercise for limiting the soothing presented thru emotional eating. I've given in a couple of times. 80/20 I guess.
