Shakeology challenge didn't go as planned. I really don't think 5 days is long enough to make a difference. I loved the shakes, didn't mind the taste at all. I liked not eating food and feeling satisfied. I wish I could afford the shakes so if long time use would make a difference. My "Coach" says it would...but I've read the reviews and they weren't necessarily good. Not work the money, etc. SO...I'm back on my old routine. I walked this morning and did my stretching. I need to change my exercise as I may be listing incorrectly.
