how do you run virtual? like on a treadmill? I need to look at them settings of them machines tomorrow

So... we were supposed to run a 5k with a few hundred other people, but that was cancelled for health concerns. They asked that we run on our own and submit results. I made my own course and ran it. Furthest run yet and at a good time!
