Getting very frustrated! Eating around 1000 calories per day and exercising (jogging) 30 minutes and not losing any weight. I have been "stuck" for about a week now. I just keep focused on my goal weight and praying that I will jump on the scale and be pleasantly rewarded soon!

Diet Calendar Entry for 15 September 2010:
1398 kcal Fat: 67.74g | Prot: 59.19g | Carb: 146.88g.   Breakfast: Fiber Plus Antioxidants Chewy Bars - Chocolatey Peanut Butter. Lunch: Light Fat Free Apple Turnover Yogurt, Ranch Salad Dressing, Hard-Boiled Egg, Miracle Whip, Multi-Grain Sandwich Thins. Dinner: dinner roll, sour cream, Taco or Tostada Salad with Beef, Cheese and Corn Chips. more...

Not sure if your diet calendar is complete, but if it is you are definitely not consuming enough calories. This is detrimental to your weight loss efforts. You need to at least exceed 1200 calories daily. You'll also make huge gains if you increase your protein intake.

i'm not an expert but i would raise my calorie intake. no less then 1200 and i may even go up to 1500 especially with you exercising.

Your body needs more fuel, I would up the calories and see what happens

Look at your chart, you are losing fine. You don't have much to lose, so you may lose those last pounds much slower. Not seeing the scale move much for a week is normal. You may go down half a pound here, a pound there.
