Well today sucked! Like totally. Not food wise - I think I have done really well - but, this morning I woke up late and had to meet someone who was helping me out with some water testing. Got to school and found out I had left my keys at home - which have a key card to get into this restricted area, so I couldn't even get the water sample to bring. So, I had to meet her back somewhere else so we could get down to the vivarium, and then back out to the wetlab. After that I left for lunch, and when I left to go back to campus, I forgot my phone! So I had to turn around and come back AGAIN!

Ugh. Not to mention, yesterday I went tanning, and I got really sunburnt. I shouldn't have, because it was a bronzing bed - so I think they might've messed up and put the wrong lights in the top of the bed, because I'm ONLY sunburn where my bra crosses my chest in the front and where my underwear crosses my hips in the front. It's really weird - because I don't go outside and tan in a skimpy little -anything-, it's a one piece if anything. So I'm really surprised that either I didn't get burned more evenly or that my back (that was laying on the bed itself, not my front) would be burnt too. So, I'm going to not work out. Unfortunately, I didn't work out yesterday or today, however, today I was running around like a chicken with my head cut off, and I typical walk at a decent rate (not power walking or anything) and was going up and down stairs, and carrying stuff that was 5lb+ so, I think it was alright. It wasn't a day that I sat in a chair all day, well not until I got home. I was hoping this sunburn would go away but it hurts SO bad that I'm really not going to try to put on my workout-bra, because I can't imagine how bad it would rub.

Excuses I know - ick. But I'm proud that I did alright on the food today. Only had two sweet snacks - the rest was on the healthy side. And I've already planned that if I get hungry again - I'm gonna eat applesauce and parsley (I LOVE PARSLEY - yes - just as it is, eating it like that, weird huh?) There's no more excuses, I CANNOT go more than 2 days without working out for real - because I'll feel like a chud. Weds will be a good workout, I want to hit 500 calories. Thursday will try to do the same, but maybe higher than that. Friday we have a planned pond cleaning session - so that'll be probably a good 2-3 hours of weeding in a pond. I have a feeling that my friend Brian will want to hang out but I might try to duck out because I'd want to workout again. So, this week it'll be Weds, Thurs, Friday OR Saturday and then Sunday. I want to space it out better next week.

Feeling fat. Ugh.

Don't you hate those days when EVERYTHING seems to happen? And then to have that sunburn on top of everything else? Yikes. No lecture, but you DO know they've proven that tanning beds cause skin cancer. Okay, anyway... you're so damn cute! How can you NOT wear a bikini?? I'm almost starting to worry about you, kiddo. I wish you could step back and see yourself as you really are. I'm telling you - the things you think you hate about your body now??? You'll be looking back on those body parts and the way they looked with fondness! No kidding. Try to enjoy being young and beautiful and a REALLY cute shape! Please try? <3
