Day 6 in Detox!! Going well, but I'm having a hard time keeping up with the excercise, 5 days. Also having trouble eating 4-5 scheduled meals per day, although when I eat, I'm eating the right things.

I can relate!!!!! I work. I'm taking care of my mother, and my kids are in football and cheerleader. Not to mention that I am the coach! *sigh* But now I'm going to get some DVDs and try doing it in the morning!

Yes, you have a lot going on. I'm thankful that this morning I was able to get motivated enough to get up and do about 25 minutes of a DVD that I have. I have a Biggest Loser DVD that's pretty good, has different levels of intensity. Let's see what tomorrow brings!
