I started doing my pushups yesterday, I can only do 13 consecutive pushups. :D

I did a bunch more yesterday with rests in between though, I did as many as I'm supposed to do on day one of week one for the plan,
and I'm totally feeling it today. My muscles are sore!

It feels like an accomplishment though, I can't wait until I'm super strong :D
hahaha.
