On the edge. Today I am traveling for a weekend yoga retreat and staying with my daughter. 😊. The yogi that is teaching the class is about 78 years old. I’m in awe of her vitality and agility. I have heard it said you are as young/old as your spinal column. Here’s to more fluidity in motion. Have a wonderful weekend!
