1st time I had gone out to eat in 2 months.I ate small portions but I had deep fried cod but I did put the between napkins to soad up any grease left on them and yes a half order of fries also.I feel like I deserve it but also feel like I have fallen off track a bit..good news though..I finally fit into my favorite jeans with no love handles hanging out:-)
