Total Newbie, I've officially HIT my Platue everyone, and started working in an office, where I have to sit more then I ever have. Feel myself snacking or thinking about foods, and I hate it. but i'm very excited to have a goal to reach and work as hard as I can to do so.
I need some fitness friends though, hold me accountable and talk to about this.
