Totally NEW & ready to Shred!
Hello People, i'm brand new to this site, but not new to fitness or working out. I've tried just about every diet in the book and finally am just happy with who I am. But everyone needs goals. So mine is to loose 15-25pounds and be at my healthy height ratio.
I train 6 days a week weight training, and shredding out the beloved stair climber. Laughs..

This summer i'll also be adding in outdoor activities, paddle boarding, sculling, Cross Fit Intervals, Playground sets..etc.

I always workout solo, but this whole loosing weight thing is new for me and training...I need some buddies.
