I was on antibiotics for 5 weeks with this pneumonia I had. I'm replenishing my microbiome with probiotics from Kombucha and kimchi on scrambled egg whites. My husband thought he would have a bowl of strawberries smothered with Greek yogurt and chocolate on top. Lots probiotics with his yogart, straberries and chocolate. LOL
