Omg I love fruit. It's why I don't do low carb! Carb me up, if it's natural! Plus I suffer from constipation so fibre, hehe

Lol. Yeah I count low carb as no bread pasta etc. not fruit or veg. However not eating much fruit due to plateau. Fruit healthy!!!

Yes, I'm the same! I generally avoid rice, bread and pasta (though I have them sometimes), but I never avoid yummy fruit!
